America First Insight Endorsement of Anthony Bonna. We are proud to be endorsing Anthony Bonna for the open Florida State House District 85, a Port St. Lucie based seat. Anthony’s record of service speaks for itself. In 2018, he was appointed to the St. Lucie County Commission, and later went on to serve as a City Councilman for Port St. Lucie. Under his leadership, the city achieved a 10% reduction in taxes in just 3 years, all while continuing its rapid growth as Florida’s 6th largest city. Beyond his local leadership, Anthony has been a strong voice within the Florida GOP. He currently serves as Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida’s State Committeeman and Committeewoman Caucus, where he continues to advocate for conservative values.
